Quip Points found:false after successful wallet login

Hi Quip team — could you investigate a missing Quip Points user record?

Owner EVM wallet:

0x00bbe7E42Ff4c1EaFdf53C414Fae5d3ea823AEd1

Quip Account V1.1 on Ethereum:

0x4dA47d9248f6945CEeCf6b20A068B9e435E6B74B

Creation tx (successful, 2026-10-05 22:37:23 UTC, block 26129203):

https://etherscan.io/tx/0xc2a2c3f5fec3bb3db42bdf9bb15aea8aa82c92699d5fe9a36fb9884071e27d65

On 2026-10-06 we verified in the actual Firefox wallet session:

- GET /.netlify/functions/wallet-session returned active:true for the owner above, namespace eip155, before any retries.

- Rescan accounts triggered POST /.netlify/functions/account-load-hook: HTTP 200, {"message":"OK"}, at 02:36:49 UTC. Netlify request ID: 01M47H48NYHM35ZT8E2KXSVB9D.

- Quest login with the same wallet completed around 02:40:43 UTC; its UI showed the connected wallet.

- We explicitly logged out of Account (active:false), reconnected and signed its login message around 02:47 UTC. POST wallet-session returned HTTP 200, GET again confirmed active:true for the correct owner, and account-load-hook again returned HTTP 200 / OK.

Nevertheless, at 02:54:44 UTC this endpoint still returned HTTP 200, found:false and zero in every balance category, including login and node:

https://points.quip.network/api/user/0x00bbe7E42Ff4c1EaFdf53C414Fae5d3ea823AEd1

Points request ID: 01M47J50MKT04SN8C9Z9GH68YH; response Age:4.

Our testnet miner is:

80854f76f8cdb3c79ffb73754b11f271fb834e1ac17c614a464cc4d228d2f224

On-chain node_name:

qm1 - 0x00bbe7E42Ff4c1EaFdf53C414Fae5d3ea823AEd1

The verified qblock range 9466–9495 contained participation in 24/30 qblocks and 13 wins.

Could you trace these requests and confirm whether the Points user was created and linked to this owner, whether the successful hook response actually recorded the login, and whether the node descriptor has been indexed? Is another registration step required, what synchronization delay should we expect, and will eligible node activity before registration be credited?

Screenshots of the active session, successful hook, logged-in Quest, and creation transaction are available. Thanks!

Hi thanks for reporting! In order for Quip Points to count, your EVM address needs to have linked with your X account. You can check here if that quest was confirmed for the EVM address https://points.quip.network/quest-check
